Iricity Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to usage consumed, delivery status, and applicable law.

Significant Usage

Significant usage means either: (a) more than 20% of the purchased usage allocation has been consumed, or (b) more than 50 task executions have occurred, whichever is earlier.

How To Request

Contact support with account email, purchase date, and transaction reference.

Effect On Usage Allocation

If a refund is approved, related unused usage units may be reversed from the account allocation. If a chargeback occurs, account access may be temporarily restricted during investigation.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellations prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund usage already delivered for the active billing cycle.

Billing Provider Processing

Payment processing and transaction records are handled by our billing provider as Merchant of Record.
