Service Scope

Iricity provides AI-powered digital outputs delivered online through customer accounts.

Products Purchased

Customers purchase defined usage packs or subscription plans. Each plan includes a specific number of usage units for AI task execution.

Usage Units

Usage units are non-transferable, non-redeemable service entitlements. They are not deposits, gift cards, or cash equivalents.

Payments

Payments are processed by our billing provider under hosted checkout and merchant-of-record terms. Billing, tax, and transaction records are handled through that system.

Refunds And Cancellations

Refund eligibility, processing, and treatment of unused usage units are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals and do not automatically refund previously consumed usage.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all actions taken using your credentials. We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or material Terms violations.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-bypass activity, including impersonation, spam, or attempts to misuse AI outputs.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

Services are provided on an \"as available\" and \"as is\" basis. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before external use.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iricity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India have jurisdiction.

We may update pricing, product features, and these terms. Material updates are posted on this page and apply prospectively. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
